Waffles can be paired with any other Waffle in order of their color.
So if you see a red Waffle, it means that all other Waffles are also Red and that the matching word would also have to be Red. For example, Yellow-yellow means Yellow or yellow-green means Green or green-blue means Blue or blue-red means Red, etc…The first letter of the Word Wheel is used as a hint and all letters are used as part of the Word Wheel too, so if no word ends with those letters then there is no option for that word.
However, all other letters are considered separately by the game maker so they could come up with many suggestions depending on what letter comes next, which might not make sense! However, if a suggested Word ending with your Letter does make sense then move on to the next letter (as long as there isn’t another one) until you find the right one or leave it behind as unmatchable!
